| We are now proud to announce that Orange Duplication has another service to offer our clients - Custom Shaped CD's ! Shaped CDs are compact discs that can be laser cut into eye-catching shapes. These shapes can be the outline of a corporate logo, business card or any imaginable shape. We can design the shape to match artwork, or you can choose from available predefined shapes. We will aid you in the design of the shape, the analysis of the shape for balance and the creation of a data line for positioning. Then we will produce your CD's and cut them after the manufacturing process.

Our Shaped CDs are replicated CDs that are pressed from a manufactured glass-master using the same high-quality process as our Replicated CDs. After the replication process is complete the CD is laser cut into the business card shape.
Our Shaped CDs are available with one to five colors (full color) screen-printed on the disc face. Be wary of other duplicators that used the cheap paper labels or the easily smudged inkjet process of printing. Rest assured that at Orange Duplication we guarantee our silkscreen print will never peel or smudge.
At Orange Duplication we use only state-of-the-art automated CD replication equipment that is housed in a dust-free clean facility at our ISO 9002 registered plant.
